Orlando, FL—National engineering, planning, and environmental consulting firm GAI Consultants (GAI) today announced that Matthew Jennings, PLS and James Watson, PLS have joined the firm’s Florida Transportation group as Survey Managers.

“We’re thrilled to welcome both Matthew and James to GAI,” said Steve Boylan, PE, Vice President. “Their extensive technical knowledge and prior leadership experience will be a tremendous asset to our growing Florida-based surveying team and to our clients.”

A Professional Land Surveyor, Mr. Jennings brings 14 years of surveying experience for both private and Department of Transportation clients to GAI. His prior experience includes working for consultant firms as well as owning and operating his own surveying firm. Matthew serves GAI’s clients from the firm’s Jacksonville office.

Mr. Watson brings nearly 40 years of surveying experience working for both consultant firms and the Florida Department of Transportation. James is a Professional Land Surveyor serving GAI’s clients from the firm’s Orlando office.
