Pittsburgh, PA—National engineering, planning, and environmental consulting firm GAI Consultants, Inc. (GAI) today announced the promotions of 26 staff to positions ranging from Associate to Assistant Vice President.

The GAI employees promoted to Assistant Vice President are Andre Sutherland, PE; Ronald Hoogland, PE; and Nick Mousa, AICP.

GAI’s new Senior Associates include Keith Yoder, PE; Kristin Caborn, CPRE, FCP; Robert Baxter, PE; and Robert Jamieson IV, PE, PTOE.
