Jacksonville, FL—GAI Consultants, Inc. (GAI) today announced that Jeremy Ringer has joined the firm’s Community Solutions Group (CSG) as a Director of Community Development. Mr. Ringer brings over 20 years of experience in placemaking, landscape architecture, planning, and golf course design to the firm’s Jacksonville, FL office, where he will serve GAI’s private and public clients throughout Northeast Florida and beyond.

- Jeremy’s broad experience and passion for the built environment includes commercial, mixed-use, single-family, and large master-planned golf course communities covering thousands of acres.
- His significant past projects include serving as Land Planning Manager for the Wellen Park Development in Venice, Florida, and as Senior Design Associate for the Van Lang Empire Golf Club in Phu Tho, Vietnam and for the Wadi Safar Golf Course in Riyadh, KSA.
- Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in landscape design construction management from Michigan State University and a master’s degree in GeoDesign from Pennsylvania State University.
