Orlando Business Journal – Sitting in black chairs at one end of a dark-colored wood conference table are Pete Sechler and Blake Drury. To the right of the otherwise empty, long table hangs a large flat-screen television, where Google Maps intermittently is used to zoom in on a parcel of land in Central Florida. On a Friday morning in early May, the two bounce ideas off each other for what that land could be used for and draw out ideas in a fresh notepad of graph paper.
