Karl Palvisak, CPA, MBA joined GAI Consultants in Orlando as a staff accountant in 1992. Within five years, he was named Accounting Manager. Karl was personally responsible for the success of GAI’s accounting consolidation efforts in spearheading the blending of two separate accounting databases between GAI’s former subsidiary companies. In January 2004, he was appointed CFO and now oversees GAI’s corporate accounting staff. Karl is also responsible for implementing GAI’s Deltek system, which facilitates data sharing among all of GAI’s offices, enhancing accuracy and efficiency for our clients’ invoicing and billing requirements. Karl has been a member of the Boy Scouts of America since 1973 earning the Eagle Scout award in 1978. He has served on the Central Florida Council Board of Directors since 2002, and has been the Treasurer since 2004. Karl also served as President of the University of Central Florida’s Alumni Association in 2002 and was awarded the University’s Community Service Award in 2012.
