Stephen has extensive experience specializing in the management of power delivery engineering projects. His background includes managing a full range of multi-disciplinary, multi-year programs and projects spanning equipment replacement to large, intricate, long-haul transmission line design and substation expansions.

At GAI, Stephen oversees an organization of more than 150 technical directors, managers, engineers, and designers on client initiatives that include transmission & distribution line design, protection & controls, substation physical design, renewables, Smart-Grid implementation, construction support, and project close-out. Stephen is highly proficient in equipment specification and evaluation, as well as in expert testimony.
