Stev is a civil engineering team leader at GAI with more than a decade of experience in civil design for commercial, residential, and government projects in Indiana. He is experienced with managing multiple concurrent projects of varying scale, and specializes in the development of site construction plans, detention systems, and storm and sanitary sewers. Stev is adept at permitting procedures, utility coordination, and more for the purposes of acquiring agency approvals of construction documents. An effective communicator who is fluent in English, French, and Creole, Stev is committed to working closely with clients, contractors, and his team to understand and successfully fulfill the project scope and schedule—helping ensure that deliverables are completed on time and on budget.

Stev is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Indiana; he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Evansville.
