Stephen Boylan, PE has over three decades of experience in design and project management, specializing in the design of major limited access and arterial roadway reconstruction, roadway rehabilitation, and elements of traffic design. He has managed projects throughout Florida ranging from small, meaningful safety improvements to high-density, high impact urban reconstruction projects. Steve is widely experienced in the coordination that large projects require, including specific experience in managing design-build projects, working with utilities, community stakeholders, and the public. He possesses intimate knowledge of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials guidelines, as well as Florida Department of Transportation and local criteria that govern work on the public roadway system.
