Beach Street Streetscape, an ALSA award-winning $2M redevelopment project for a downtown Business District, served as a catalyst to revitalize the retail corridor and transform the local environment into a place for people to gather. GAI’s professional urban planning and landscape architecture professionals designed the hardscape, lighting, signage, signalization, roadway and median, utilities, landscaping, and irrigation utilizing extensive public participation.
