GAI provided full services for landscape architecture and civil engineering for a new 12-story, mixed-use residential tower located just south of Lake Eola in downtown Orlando. This project was developed by Camden Property Trust. Our team also assisted with land-use entitlements and master plan approval.

This mixed-use residential development occupies a full block within a thriving neighborhood redevelopment area. The tower’s large 7th-floor amenity deck also sets a new downtown standard with a resort-style pool, sundeck, turf poolside patio, and breakout lounge areas, as well as a bar and outdoor kitchen and grilling areas. Design also includes a new retail streetscape design that references the Downtown Streetscape Standards while incorporating a few subtle changes that showcase the features of Camden Lake Eola.
