GAI has been working for the University of Central Florida for more than a decade. The firm currently has a continuing service contract to provide hardscape, landscape architectural and irrigation design services for miscellaneous projects throughout the campus. These projects have included Gateway Entry Features for each of the six entrances to the UCF campus, six (6) parking garages, student housing, and classroom buildings. Additionally in 2013, GAI was awarded the Campus Landscape Masterplan, which provided guidance and direction in developing and enhancing the campus landscape. The plan provided a unified vision that identifies and develops major campus districts and helped ensure consistency in materials, form, and character, while allowing flexibility for innovation and sustainability.
