GAI provided preliminary studies, design, and permitting for the 178-acre riverfront site of a former steel-making facility. By changing the site zoning to “mixed-use” and following sustainable practices for lasting ecological benefits, the public-private development team was able to transform the property into commercial office space with light industrial areas, residential communities, and park facilities.
