GAI’s environmental assessment of a community of more than 400 homes and commercial sites to determine evidence of “Recognized Environmental Conditions” included asbestos surveys. With GAI’s help the local housing authority was able to obtain funding for the $16M project, which included federal grant money for existing homeowners.
