GAI developed a set of companywide Geographic Information System (GIS) standards for a client, including metadata and reference documentation; facility and other geospatial databases and ArcMap document templates; and federal, state, and local agency permitting datasets. GAI also developed and reproduced service area “map books” to be used in strategic planning meetings. Working on site with various key stakeholders to set up the data structure and in-house GIS environment, GAI continues to provide on-call technical support to the client’s GIS and project management teams.
