GAI’s Community Solutions Group led the City of Clermont through a focused initiative to develop a Master Plan to enhance the City’s downtown and waterfront. The Plan defines and prioritizes common aspirations and new opportunities necessary for a sense of place and the continued social and economic enhancements of the downtown and waterfront. Based on a set of broad themes that describe the City’s objectives, the Master Plan aims to create a window to downtown from State Road 50, to connect parks and neighborhoods, to add energy and activity to the downtown core, and to reorient and diversify Lake Minnehaha and Lake Minneola waterfront activities.
