GAI’s Community Solutions Group served as Land Use Planner and Landscape Architect for this mixed-use, high-rise development in downtown Orlando. Our role included all the amenity deck treatments, as well as integrated design with GAI’s civil engineering team to achieve new urban streetscape treatments that include rain garden stormwater treatment areas and a sensitive blending of Orlando’s traditional streetscape with Modera’s contemporary design motif.
