Services included civil site investigation, schematic design layout and civil engineering, construction documents, and construction administration services. Additional construction tasks included the expansion of existing pool deck and fencing, new lighting and sidewalk installations, and landscaping efforts. Accompanying the adjoining pool area, children can now enjoy approximately 4,000 square feet of sailboat themed splash pad space.
