GAI’s Community Solutions Group has completed landscape architecture for several ‘Modera’ brand mid-rise projects by Mill Creek Development. This includes Modera Central and Creative Village (Orlando), Trails Edge (St Petersburg), and Tampa. Our team also assisted with land-use entitlements and master plan approval for several of these projects.

The landscape architectural designs respond to the urbanism of the surrounding downtowns and the contemporary architecture of each building to create desirable and visually interesting areas for relaxation and interaction. This includes pool and spa decks, summer kitchens, activity spaces, reading gardens, dog parks, and retail streetscapes. Amenity design for these types of luxury, urban residential projects requires economy of space while employing textures, materials, and patterns that convey comfort, depth, and spatial definition.
