GAI provided extensive residential relocation advisory services on the Wekiva Parkway, Section 7A project, including a project manager, property manager, and property acquisition agents. This project consists of 3.5 miles of limited access toll road along the existing State Road 46 corridor from a half mile east of Wekiva Park Road to Orange Boulevard. Ranging in size from 1,100 square feet to over 28 acres, the acquisitions affect several large commercial nurseries, a large RV resort, improved commercial properties, and multiple single family residences.
