GAI provided services for the Valencia College Lane roadway widening project in Orange County, FL. This project included widening a two-lane rural roadway to a four‑lane divided urban roadway with bicycle lanes; sidewalks; and curb, gutter, storm sewer system, retention pond, and replacement screen wall improvements. GAI prepared project reports and sketches for 25 fee simple parcels, 20 temporary construction easements, one permanent easement, and one retention pond. In addition, the team completed sketches only for two fee simple parcels and two temporary construction easements.
