GAI prepared vegetation management plans for the right-of-way of a new 765 kV transmission line to assist in maintaining compliance with North American Electric Reliability (NERC) standards. Efforts included taking inventory of existing vegetation, LiDAR modeling of tree clearing and danger tree removal, and developing both clearing and sensitive area implementation standards to maintain compliance with regulatory and permit requirements.
