GAI performed environmental investigation studies at the North Branch Land Trust sites, a collection of potential mitigation site locations for a series of pipeline projects. Spanning over 2.5 acres of wetland and 0.5 acres of wetland buffer, GAI designed stream and wetland mitigations and developed grading plans, vegetation and planting plans, and erosion and sediment control plans for each mitigation site. Obtaining the necessary environmental permits to construct the pipelines, GAI prepared sealed as‑built drawings and performs yearly post-construction monitoring and reporting.
