…The project was managed by DOMI’s Project Design and Delivery Bureau under Chief Engineer Eric Setzler and Project Manager Patrick Bopp and was funded in part by PennDOT and the Federal Highway Administration. Design work was performed by GAI Consultants, construction was completed by Allison Park Contractors and the construction inspection team was CDM Smith.
