Pittsburgh, PA –National engineering, planning, and environmental consulting firm GAI Consultants, Inc. (GAI) today announced that Stephen Boylan, PE, Vice President, has been named an Ex-Officio member of the firm’s Board of Directors and 43 GAI staff members have been promoted to positions ranging from Associate to Assistant Vice President.

Stephen Boylan, PE has 30 years of experience in design and project management. He has managed projects throughout Florida ranging from small, meaningful safety improvements to high-density, high-impact urban reconstruction projects. Stephen has been employed with GAI since 2012. 

The GAI employees promoted to Assistant Vice President are Stephen Anthony, PE; Shaun Long, PE, MS, DBIA; Blake Drury, AICP; and Donald Wishart, PLA. 

GAI’s new Senior Associates include Aaron Benedict; John Klamut, PE; Arica DiTullio, PE; and Lisa Keck.
