David brings nearly three decades of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure, with expertise in pipeline design and trenchless technologies. His background spans planning, design, and construction support for large-diameter water and force mains, horizontal directional drilling installations, and treatment facilities across Florida and the U.S. David is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina.

Based in Jacksonville, FL, David will support GAI’s clients as we continue to help advance critical water infrastructure projects throughout the region.
