As we approach the end of this unprecedented year, I’d like to look ahead to 2021 with renewed optimism, take a moment to thank each GAI client for their trust, and offer unqualified praise to every GAI employee for the flexibility, focus, and grit they demonstrated in delivering seamless and superior services in the face of shifting and unpredictable conditions.
