Mike is a PennDOT Certified Bridge Safety Inspector with expertise in structure inspections and load rating analysis. His inspection experience includes steel truss bridge major river crossings, pre-stressed concrete bridges, steel box girder bridges, timber bridges, sign structures, deep manholes, inclines, and tunnels. He also has experience with fracture critical inspection testing techniques and bridge management development and implementation.
