Peg Brenner, SPHR, SHRM-CP is Human Resources (HR) Manager and Chairperson of GAI’s corporate philanthropic program, iGaive. She has more than 20 years of experience in the consulting, education, manufacturing, and distribution industries. Peg’s HR responsibilities include employee relations, coaching, succession planning, promotions, performance improvement plans, terminations/exit interviews, mergers/acquisitions, compensation/annual merit, career pathing/job progressions, job descriptions, policies/procedures, and performance reviews. As Chairperson of iGaive, Peg participates in and spearheads philanthropy efforts to engage GAI employees in serving the communities where they work and live.
