What do bake sales, raffles, outdoor dunk tanks, decorating contests, and Jeans-N-Jersey Fridays all have in common? They’ve all helped raise money for GAI Consultants’ (GAI’s) 2016 Charity of Choice—Make-A-Wish America.
This year’s Make-A-Wish campaign included an array of employee events and social gatherings across GAI’s many offices to help raise money and awareness for this charity. In addition to staff participation, we’ve also enjoyed the financial support of trusted vendors and business partners. The money gathered for Make-A-Wish will grant the wishes of children living in the communities where fundraising occurred.
Make-A-Wish: What We’ve Raised So Far
To date, GAI has raised more than $12,000 with a few weeks (and events) to go! President and CEO Gary DeJidas, PE will provide a dollar-for-dollar company match at the end of our campaign. The generosity of our leaders, employees, families, friends, and business partners has been overwhelming and will ensure the campaign’s success.

iGaive
Through our corporate philanthropy program, iGaive, GAI’s employees prove their generosity and commitment to serving others in our local communities every day. In 2015, GAI raised more than $30,000 to support our charity campaign with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) in the fight to end blood cancers and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
By participating in campaigns such as Make-A-Wish and LLS, as well as fundraising for local charities and schools, GAI helps to improve the communities in which we live and work.
