A 2,200 sq. ft. LEED®-qualified Green Roof, signature lobby entrance, and historic brass bell added to the aesthetics of this facility. GAI provided structural designs that can withstand 130-mph hurricane wind forces, artistic landscape and hardscape designs, and construction administration services, and kept this design and construction effort within the short 18-month completion schedule.
