GAI developed a multi-phase, pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use development located at the southeast quadrant of State Road (SR) 414 and SR 434 in the City of Maitland. This development consists of 900 multi-family units and 1,000,000 square feet of non-residential uses (i.e., retail, office, and hotel). The team created a conceptual master plan, including a preliminary road layout, delineation of housing products and non-residential uses, and preliminary locations for stormwater management. To date, GAI has completed the first phase of apartment buildings.
