GAI provided complete siting and permitting services for a new transmission line and substation, which were needed to improve system reliability in Northern Pennsylvania. Efforts included siting studies for both facilities, a certificate of public convenience and necessity (CPCN) filing and expert witness testimony for the line, environmental and cultural resources surveys, site grading and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting, and waterbody crossing permitting.
