GAI’s civil engineering design, permitting, surveying, landscape architecture, and construction administration services for a new medical sciences building resulted in the College’s first LEED®-certified building. GAI was able to utilize the existing stormwater management system on campus to help minimize construction costs, and an existing chilled water line serving the campus was implemented into the design to provide air conditioning and substantially reduce energy costs.
