GAI reviewed previous investigations within the park, located unrecorded Civil War resources, and assessed identified landscape features and Civil War sites for eligibility in the NRHP. GAI used GIS predictive modeling, followed by metal detector and geophysical surveys, to test the predictive model for three defining features.
