GAI provided engineering design and survey for the Ohioview Acres Hope VI neighborhood revitalization, involving utilities, buildings, and infrastructure. A two-phase effort, the first phase consisted of 112 residential units and 15 home-ownership units. Phase 2 added 69 residential rental units.
