As we approach the end of Q3 2022, I’m happy to report that GAI is continuing to take part in exciting, impactful projects for a wide range of clients throughout our service areas. The company is healthy, and with the help of GAI’s team of dedicated professionals we are on track to make 2022 another year of record achievements in terms of revenue, productivity, and growth.

GAI Q3 Highlights

• We launched the formalized GAI Intern & Co-Op Program through which we continue our path as a teaching and learning institution by putting more focus and attention toward the next generation of engineering, planning, and environmental consultants.
• GAI adopted a new Environmental Sustainability Policy, which recognizes our company’s goals of decreasing our adverse impact on the environment, establishes direction toward reducing our company’s environmental and carbon footprint, and enhances the continuous improvement of GAI’s contribution toward environmental sustainability. We are in the process of producing an Environmental Sustainability report for the year, which will detail our progress and establish a baseline for advancing GAI’s environmental and sustainability goals.
• Our recent policy regarding flexible working locations has become part of the fabric of GAI, with staff working with their supervisors to settle in to in-office, remote, and hybrid work locations.
• GAI’s career fair at our Pittsburgh office this past May saw us add a number of full-time employees and interns to the company, and we look forward to repeating that recruiting success with an upcoming career fair at our Pittsburgh office on October 29.
