The Community Solutions Group at GAI works on long-range planning and design projects for medical, office, education, and institutional campus environments. Our work, designed to provide a thoughtful framework for land use, buildings, circulation, open space, and environmental assets, is geared to enhance current conditions, as well as provide a strategy for future growth. Our work is collaborative and often includes outreach to local government to strategically position a campus as a shared strategic asset critical to the local economy and culture.
