GAI is providing civil engineering, landscape architecture, and aviation services for the master plan expansion of South Lake Hospital’s Observation Unit, Emergency Department, and Surgery Suite. The Emergency Department expansion includes over 30,000 SF of new building footprint and associated surface parking and patient drop-off area. GAI’s services also allow for loading/service area modifications to accommodate the Surgery Suite expansion, and an enabling package to provide additional employee parking and relocation of the hospital’s helipad and handicap-accessible parking.
