GAI is providing planning, design, and construction administration support to Umatilla Municipal Airport. Recent projects have included assisting the airport with through-the-fence hangar and property acquisitions, construction administration for a 3-unit box hangar project, and design services for the South Parallel Taxiway project. Currently, GAI is conducting an Environmental Assessment for the Runway 1-19 extension, as well as providing bidding and construction administration for the South Parallel Taxiway construction project. GAI staff maintains the Airport’s capital improvements program in FDOT’s JACIP database and regularly represents the Airport in funding discussions with the FAA and FDOT.
