Orlando Sentinel – Plans for a new office and hotel project off Church Street in downtown Orlando are proceeding, although developers have not yet requested a building permit.
Tremont Realty Capital and Lincoln Property Company Southeast announced in September that construction could start as soon as 2015 on what’s being called Tremont Towers. Reasons for delays are unclear but the partnership got a permit for foundation work in December, according to city records.
