Pittsburgh, PA—National engineering, planning, and environmental consulting firm GAI Consultants, Inc. (GAI) announced today that Kevin Leadbetter, PE, MBA has been promoted to Senior Vice President and appointed to the firm’s Board of Directors. Leadbetter joins Chairman Gary DeJidas, PE, MBA; Anthony Morrocco, PE, PLS, MBA; Stephen Gould, MBA; and Karl Palvisak, CPA, MBA on the GAI Board.

Kevin Leadbetter joined GAI in 2005. He specializes in project management/construction engineering on large roadway construction projects, as well as major design-build projects. Kevin oversees a staff of technical professionals and project managers on transportation construction engineering and inspection, design, design-build, survey, and right-of-way/eminent domain projects. Kevin emphasizes sound business‐focused decision-making while working to achieve optimal project outcomes. He draws upon his experience as an engineer and contractor on conventional design‐bid‐build and complex design‐build projects to achieve early issue identification, mitigation, and resolution.

In addition to the promotion of Leadbetter, GAI announced the promotions of 16 staff to positions ranging from Associate to Vice President.

The GAI employees promoted to Vice President are Frank Bellomo, PLA; George Reese, CE; Kent Cockley, PE; and Stephen Boylan, PE.

Benjamin Allis, PE was promoted to Assistant Vice President, while GAI’s new Associates include David Gilmore, PLA; Joseph Lek, PSM, PLS; Lynne Nestler; Quentin Hill; Randal Thompson, PE; Richard Krajcovic, Jr., PE, PTOE; Brandon Kish; Bryce Good, PE, CPESC; and Jennifer Broush, MBA.
