GAI Consultants Team Wins High-Profile CEI Contract for I-95/I-295 North Interchange

Jacksonville, FL—The team of GAI Consultants (GAI) and FIGG Bridge Group (FIGG) has been selected by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 2 to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services for the $176-million I-95/I-295 North Interchange design-build project in Jacksonville.

Highlights/Key Facts

The project consists of major modifications to the I-95/I-295 North Interchange, which serves as the gateway to Northeast Florida and is one of the largest interchanges in northeast Florida.
Modifications will improve the capacity, operation, and safety of this major interchange and will allow for future development and growth in the Jacksonville area.
