GAI played an important role in the development of a 30-acre resort and conference center complex. GAI’s engineers and construction specialists were responsible for site permitting, civil design, and construction services. Project specifics included an access road, multiple retaining walls, two resort pools, an events island, and relocation of 1,900 l.f. of a public reclaim water main and 2,050 l.f. sanitary force main.
