Redevelopment of the City’s primary retail and commercial corridor became a reality with GAI’s urban planning experience. GAI designed new utilities, drainage, sidewalks, and roadway surfaces, as well as landscaping that included Florida-friendly plants and public art was displayed throughout the project area.
