GAI provided technical guidance for redevelopment of a 20-acre former industrial property, a brick and pottery manufacturing site. GAI conducted Phase I and II environmental site assessments (ESAs), which characterized potential environmental concerns on the site. Based on the results of the investigation, GAI recommended remediation measures including placing a clean fill cap over part of the site to reduce the risk of direct contact with contaminated soils, restriction of public access to part of the site, and restriction of groundwater use on the property through an environmental covenant.
