In order to meet the healthcare needs of communities in three neighboring counties, a three-story 30,000 sq.ft. medical facility was constructed. GAI was responsible for civil engineering and structural foundation design for the new building that includes a laboratory, diagnostic imaging and X-ray services. The construction cost was $5 million.
