GAI is providing design and engineering services to Osceola County, Florida, for the widening of Neptune Road from Partin Settlement Road to US 192. Neptune Road is an important throughway connecting St. Cloud and downtown Kissimmee; this 3.9-mile improvement project will complete the corridor while addressing capacity and safety issues.

Scope elements include roadway design, drainage design, environmental permitting, utility coordination, structures design, traffic operations (signing, signals and lighting), maintenance of traffic (MOT) plans, and landscape architecture. Services also include minor survey updates, preparation of right-of-way (ROW) maps, geotechnical investigations, and public involvement.
