The facility features Class A office space, training and conference rooms, a Tier III and IV data center complex, a cafeteria and coffee lounge, a recreational sports court, a fitness room, and a loading dock. Additionally, there is surface parking available for 80 cars. This state-of-the-art data center is designed with a high-end technological infrastructure and has the capacity for over 35,000 servers.

GAI provided civil engineering services for this 3-acre development, which includes a 90,000-square-foot corporate headquarters and data center. Scope included the preparation of construction drawings, permitting, and construction administration services. The project also involved the design and construction of a 500-foot access road.
