GAI developed multiple schematic solutions for a new roadway system that added vehicles into an open-air, pedestrian-only, regional retail center. GAI’s close coordination with the City expedited initial design approval and construction was completed in time for peak retail sales periods—“Back to School Sales” and “Black Friday.”
