GAI performed a forensic water infiltration and structural condition assessment of the four-level below grade parking garage to identify the source of water infiltration, quantify the deterioration of the existing structure, and provide repair recommendations. Observing three exploratory excavations, GAI developed a project delivery system strategy and authored a comprehensive report, which included recommendations for remediation, engineer’s opinion of probable cost, and a schematic project schedule.
